I should post this two weeks ago but was delayed by a lot of stuff. Endnote is the powerful tool for managing individual bibliography, and the AddOn of Word is helpful for scientific writing. Both are fine, but they are not green. If the project of OpenOffice is successful, we will have an alternative option.
